Work at EMITHAUS

A house is only as good as the people who keep its lights on. We are building a small team that cares about artists, craft and time well spent.

How We Work

The same values on stage and off

A team gathered around a long table in a meeting room, wearing staff lanyards

Talent opens the door. Character is what keeps the house standing.

  1. 01Integrity

Tell the truth, especially when it is hard. Honesty builds trust, shows character and sets a good example for all.

  2. 02Sincerity

Do the work fully, even when no one is watching, and stay a beginner. The stage is borrowed, never owned.

  3. 03Empathy

See the person before the role. Staff are held to the same standard as artists, and cared for the same way.

  4. 04Respect

Everyone in the house is treated the same, from trainee to CEO. To succeed together, all are equally seen and heard.

  5. 05Room to Grow

We back our people while they are here, and after they leave; you’re always family.

We hire for character first. Skills can be taught.
